Returns & Refunds
Eligible purchases can be exchanged for a store credit, issued in gift card form, if exchanged within 14 days of pick up or delivery. The value excludes postage fees where applicable and is subject to a 20% restocking fee once the item(s) has been inspected. Store credit is valid for 12 months. Jewellery will not be accepted for exchange and credit if it is damaged or has been worn. Refunds are not permitted.
Resized or customised jewellery and made-to-order bespoke pieces are final sale and ineligible for returns.
Your item is eligible for an exchange if it meets the following criteria:
- It is not customised, altered or a bespoke piece
- The item is returned in its original condition; unworn, undamaged and in original packaging
- It is returned within the specified 14-day timeframe from pick up or delivery
- The order is returned without any damage from transit at the customer’s end
Jason Ree will confirm an exchange upon inspection of the received item. Should any of the above criteria not be met, we have the right to refuse the exchange and arrange a return at the customer’s expense.
We do not offer refunds for shipping costs, card fees or items damaged in shipping. If your jewellery is damaged on delivery, we require appropriate documentation to determine if a replacement or repair is required. Please take detailed photos of the outside of the box, packaging materials and damaged item(s) then email firstname.lastname@example.org within seven days of delivery.

Although our designs are made with the highest quality stones, metals and materials, like any jewellery, our pieces should be handled and worn with care. Normal wear and tear on jewellery items is not considered a manufacturing fault.
If you feel a piece of jewellery is faulty, or if breakage has occurred, please contact our studio team at firstname.lastname@example.org The piece will be assessed in line with our warranty guidelines by one of our jewellers.
Imagery of Product
We take great care to ensure that all imagery of our products is a fair representation of the scale, finish and colour of a piece. Dimensions are supplied on every product listing.
However, we hope you understand in different lightings colours and shades of stones may differ from imagery. If you require further imagery, please reach out to our team and we will happily supply this where possible. Please take care to ensure your full understanding of the scale prior to purchasing.
Repairs are available and are assessed by case. Depending on the case they may incur a fee. Contact us for further information.
